This is the content of the message I receive 
whenever I log off from Firefox, either on my 
office computer or when I have accessed my 
office computer IPA via remote desktop (since 
it happens during logoff, I can't take a screen 
shot.  Two (student?) techs have worked on it.  
Problem returns every time.  This is the 
message

A breakpoint has been reached
(0x80000003) occurred in the application at 
location 0x5d4da570

I believe this message has remained the same 
(including location marker) throughout; I first 
received the message after the most recent 
update of firefox.  The problem does not seem 
to affect the working of e program...so 
far...but I would like assurance that nothing 
untoward is going on.  Thanks.

I'll be in HSS 319 from 9:20 Tuesday till 10 
(when I teach).   The room can be available to 
tech from 9:20 till whenever, and I can leave 
log-in information as needed. Thank you.

Marjory is still having problems with firefox again, she is receiving an 
error while using remote desktop and her computer at the school. She is 
located in HSS 319 and is available at 9:20 tomorrow. She is sending an 
email with the error that she is receiving to the help desk.
