She called in half an hour and said the issue is
fixed. SRD forgot to update the ticket.

Went there and looked at it.
So the computer was not frozen she pressed update
for OS Sierra which was being installed which was
the reason she was thinking it was frozen.

Called and said her computer is completely 
frozen. 
She tired to restart it but now it is running 
very slowly. 
Is available until 2pm today.
