Her old machine is a goner. I am giving them the
same model printer that ed has given away to us
during the move. The printer needed a new
maintenance kit which I have ordered.

Task reassigned to Shandelle Pepper.

Put loaner W20100846 in its place for now

Going to go check it out after my 10am meeting 

1.Recycle the power to your printer 2.Enter
Service Diagnostics and select Engine NVRAM
Adjustments. 3.Set laser power to default value of
4 4.Make sure all connections are connected to the
laser 5.Recycle your power to the printer 6.If the
error continues replace your Laser Unit

Went there and checked it. It's giving the laser
unit failed error. Restarted trying to see if
there is ny luck as the printer was asking me to
do. No luck for it. 

The printer is not under warranty.

The printer says that the printer lazer unit has
failed and is not printing.
