Called to walk her through switching the monitor to primary monitor through 
the screen resolution setting. When she went there it says that Monitor 1 
(monitor on her left) is the primary monitor. Which is what she wants. But 
when she closes out of the settings, monitor 2 (monitor on her right) is 
still the primary monitor.

She was able to log into the computer. But now the 
secondary monitor is her primary monitor . Which 
is making it hard to do her work because the mouse 
is backward.

The computer is locking out its user. The user has
tried Control ALT Delete as well as turning it off
and on, but has had no luck
