I have re turned their printer and brought back
the loaner.

The printer ended up needing 3 different parts.
One of the Shafts were broken. I had a spare
printer used for parts in the office. Was able to
fix the printer with the spare parts.

Set them up with a loaner. Have there machine at
my desk. Megan ordered me a part which we hope
fixes the issue. Part should arrive today.

97,720 isn't an error code. Please check what the
actual error code is. We should swap this out for
a loaner and bring this one back to work on it. I
believe there is a colorqube from ED we can use.

The noise was there before we put in the 
maintenance kit.  The previous maintenance kit 
was pulled out before Ryp got there.  We could 
not put the new kit in until I restarted the 
printer because the kit would not slide in.

Ryp and John installed a maintenance kit to this
printer. While working on it John and Ryp noticed
these noises. John noticed an error code
97,720.00:766792. John believes it is the drive
motor. Noises started after new maintenance kit
was installed. Error message happens for a few
seconds then turns off. Printer is no longer under
maintenance.
