Hello,

When I ordered the printer for NS 216 with the lab
upgrade, the request was that it be able to print
11" x 17" documents - however when I just tried to
do this in the lab, the printer settings told me
that size was not supported. Is there something
that needs to be tweaked in the printer settings
to make it so that I can print 11" x 17" documents?
