It was actually Ref 3 that had the 91,720 error. I
have called xerox to send out a technician with
parts for this error.

Ref 4 had a ink jam error witch I fixed as well
and the 24 hour machine someone changed page to
card stock which it needs to be on letter. All
printers are up and running besides Ref 3.

20130047[Edit Inv] had a long code error but the other two
didn’t have any error messages. Any time that you
can make it in would be great!

We have 3 printers that are not functioning.

 

20130047[Edit Inv] is not printing color pages

20130048[Edit Inv] is skipping printed pages

20120892[Edit Inv] says it’s either on standby mode, or
receiving data (despite restarting, tampering
etc.) but prints nothing at all
