Chris and his student were having the same issue
with RDS. when I went there Chris was in the front
desk. It wasn;t working beofre but when I went
there it was working for him and not for his
student worker on the student worker machine in
the front desk.
Dave asked me to make them login in VDI and then
login to RDS to see if they have any issue with
their account. They were able to get in and had no
error.
Dave restarted the RDS too removing all the users.

I logged in to the student computer and I had no
issue and then she logged in and it was workingt
for her too.
So both the front desk Chris and the student
worker were able to get in without any error.

Then Chris asked me to try it in the computer in
the Copier room. I don't have any issue in that
machine but Chris had t6he same issue. He logs in
to RDS and it sayd RDS is not working properly and
shuts down. Dave asked me too delete his profile
that too didn't worked. So he is unable to get in
RDS in two compuets his office one and the copier
room one. Dave asked me to check the settings and
that was fine too.

I am blank from here now. Passing it to Dave

When Chris and one of his students connect to
ts2.wou.edu a few seconds after it loads it errors
out saying loss connection. 

Two non VDI machines are doing this.
