Printer was giving a missing print head error.
Called HP and they sent me a new print head that
did not fix the issue. Calling them to get this
machine replaced.

Ingrid called in upset that the old printer wasn't
hooked back up. I sent Ranjit over to hook up her
old machine and she said that we can just replace
the printer even if she isn't there.

The printer is having a print head error. They are
sending a new print head. If this does not work
sending brand new one.

Went there with the printer. Installed everything
the printer is giving an error saying Printhead
missing or installed incorrectly. 

She wasn't there so left her a VM explaining it.
