I believe that they use department codes.

Sue called saying that a few of the faculty members are unable to print 
to MA-copier (located in MA 219). They send their print job but nothing 
is being printed. One person who is having this problem is Christine 
Horning (located in MA 226) on her computer WOU# 20091678[Edit Inv]. 

Sue said to see her about this issue in MA 209.
