I checked the VDI client and had no issues.  I 
could not re-create the issue. Janeanne said she 
thinks the popup was from our ISP NERO. She will 
call back if it happens again.  It is most likely 
something related the to users profile but she 
was not sure who the student was.

Janeanne called saying that a student working in room 121 in 
the library, WOU# 20130299[Edit Inv], was working on the computer on 
internet explorer. The computer started beeping and an error 
message popped up referring to Neuro. They restarted the 
computer and still had the same problem. Janeanne said that the 
student needs the room until 10 today, but someone can come by 
after to take a look.
