The printer needed a new wiper blade. Installed
new wiper blade. Also saw that a few jets were
clogged. Unclogged them and the printer is
printing good quality prints now.

Printer in APSC 408, WOU# 20130612[Edit Inv] is printing 
stripes on the left hand side of the pages.
