They had an extra tray on another printer that
they did not need a second tray for. I swapped the
trays. Works fine now.

I'll keep this ticket open for possibly replacing 
the 2003 printer

Tried fiddling with a setting so it pulls from 
tray 2 but, that did not work. I mentioned that 
they can potentially get a replacement printer 
from old ed building, so that's what may happen 
here.

Jamming problem with printer # 20031446[Edit Inv]. We would like it 
to automatically pull paper from tray 2 if that won't 
work to remove tray 3.
