The back of the printer was not fully snapped in
which caused the paper to come out crooked. Also
did a print-head clean cycle which cleared up the
bad prints.

The printer is feeding the paper through side
ways. Do not know why. I looked in the manual and
they have nothing about this. Still under warranty
so I am going to call HP

Good morning,

The printer is 20150791[Edit Inv] (sorry I forgot to include the number). 
It's in 101 near the conference table. Terry House will be open 
until 3 today and from 9 am to 5 pm tomorrow. I'll be out of town 
Friday and won't know when my students will be in and out. Monday 
of next week is open, as well.

Good afternoon,

We have an HP Officejet 7110 color printer in 
our office that prints on 11x17 paper, but 
prints on it at an odd angle, sometimes cutting 
off important information. I have just been 
informed that it won't print at all. Would we 
be able to have someone come out and help us 
out at some point this week?
