went over and there wasn't much I could do 
since she wasn't having a problem when i got 
there, her machine apparently does this 
periodically and I just told her steps in which 
she could get her computer's wifi to start 
working again.

Has had this issue before. Her laptop does not 
connect to the wifi and she would like someone to 
come help her again. 
She is available all day until 2:30.
