His computer was in startup repair when I got 
there. It was hard to determine what to do from 
there so I just ran CCleaner and malwarebytes 
and told him to contact us if it goes into 
startup repair.  We'll check to see if it's a 
hardware issue or something like that

once computer starts up, unexplained error between
friday and this morning.  went into Safe repair
mode. couldn't fix it and is stuck in start up
repair screen. Has tried turning computer off and on
