Shandelle Plasker	Nov 30, 2016 03:06 PM	Ran Diognostics which came up with nothing. Updated the machine which the fan stopped running loud. I then scanned her machine for malware and viruses. She had a bit of malware. Laptop is running fine now.	Add Attachment

Amy Anderson	Nov 22, 2016 10:05 AM	Tracy says her laptop is not working properly. The fan is constantly running. When they plug a mouse into one of the usb ports, it does not recognize it. When she plus a projector into the VGA port it thinks it is connected even when they unplug it. She is in need of a loaner laptop, PC.	Add Attachment
