Version 22 and 23 both were on her machine.

Because V23 was not working she was using V22.

Installed V24 today and everything is working
awesome. But I have left V22 there and removed V23

If she wants an older version(23 or earlier) of
SPSS Statistics then Ask Tricia to Generate Auth
code before you go, Only the latest version is
generated automatically but older versions have to
be manually generated at SPSS by Tricia

Needs new Authcode for her term license which
expires(11-30-2016) tomorrow.  Only Statistics
Premium is
available for MAC
not sure which versions she is currently running
but she can get v24
so please make note in software list of what
version gets installed.
