I did opened it with paper clip, after a while it
got stuck again. So i swapped the the DVD player
with one of the boxes from DFSC with W20120993

Hi! PC 20130221's DVD drive won't open 
reliably. It tries but just stutters and 
sticks. This tower is located on the long 
wooden table in the Digital Media Center and is 
the only open PC connected to a scanner.
