Machine seems to be running fine after updates.

Hardware tests came back fine. Ran a windows
update patch. Which allowed more windows updates
to run. I believe this will fix the issue.

When the fan turns off on the laptop it never
turns back on and then the computer slows down and
if left on long enough shuts down improperly.

Called saying that the computer is still having the same 
problems and is running slow again. He would like it 
completely wiped and he is working on saving all of his 
documents now. He is available until 4 today and until 
11 tomorrow, 1/10.

Called and said his computer is running slow 
again. He had this issue yesterday as well and 
is wondering if he can check out a loaner 
computer while someone works on this one.
