seems like the loaner box has bad usb ports, took
a new mouse over, had the same issues. Did windows
updates and restarted the machine. Got the mouse
to work in the front port

Rahim has a loaner computer WOU# 20110166[Edit Inv]. The 
mouse is not working. It is a PC computer. John 
says to take a new mouse.
