My computer is once again not printing to the
copier in Maaske. I tried reinstalling it, but
that did not work.

Deleted the printers from the machine and tried to
re add them but nothing would happen when I
clicked on the printer on Krusty.

I then deleted all of the drivers on her machine
and re booted. This allowed me to add the printer
and copier back onto her machine. Test printed and
everything prints great know.

Her Sophos was not updating either so I re
installed it and it works fine know.

I missed this appointment. I got caught up in
another issue. I have emailed her with many sorrys
and asked if I can come down tomorrow.

was closed yesterday.

I also tried logging onto and printing from another 
computer to a different printer and nothing 
printed. 

I'll be in my office tomorrow (Wednesday) from 10-
11 and 1-4.

Hello!

I am having trouble printing to the printers in Maaske from my office 
(Maaske 314). The printers are working as Sue printed to check, but they are 
not receiving from my computer. Could this be a wifi issue? Yesterday, my 
internet was going in and out.
