Hello~ Our printer 20120847[Edit Inv] is not working.  It
continues to say "initializing".  It warms up,
pretends that its gonna print, and then goes back
to initializing.  I have turned it off and on
several times.

Can someone please come and take a look? The
printer is located in Todd Hall 308.
