She was able to login to both the computer and 
application.  She was new to Apple computers so I 
showed her how to access the program and add it to 
the Dock.

Anita is unable to login to laptop WOU# 
20100659[Edit Inv]. She needs to be able to login and to 
have access to the program vendeni so that they 
can print tickets for the games.
