The port it was plugged into was not pulling a 
connection.  I switched it with another empty port 
and the thin client seems to be working fine

One of our computers here at the library is not 
connecting to the network. The screen just says 
that the “Network connection not detected. 
Waiting for connection…” The WOU number is 
20100875[Edit Inv].
