So far so good!  I haven't ran into any wireless 
problems today!  :)  I 'll let you know if 
anything else happens to pop up.  Thanks for

Paul updated the controller code and we restarted 
the AP in the north end of RWEC and we had some 
success.  I emailed Maria to let he know what we 
found and that we are planning to restart all the 
AP's tonight.

Paul and I tested this out again today.  The only 
consistence was that my pings would drop once I 
started anything network related (google search, 
connect to SMB share).

Description: no WiFi connection in office and needs 
FileMaker Po reinstalled

I told Paul our network guy about the wifi problem 
he was going to look into it.

Hi there,

Thanks for working on my computer (20160246), however, the tech that 
brought it back to me today stated that it still doesn't hold a 
connection to wifi in my office.  Any other suggestions? 

Also, I will need FileMaker Pro reinstalled too so that I can complete 
student teaching observations out in the field.

The mac 20160246[Edit Inv] is on the far left of the 
standup desk, deliver this to Maria between 10-
11 Friday and be sure to giver her admin rights 
and add any printers she may have.  Also make 
sure her Wifi is working, as that was the issue 
before.  Let her know that Nvivo is installed 
on her machine

I couldn't figure it out, it seems that it was a 
keychain issue but her cpu does not connect to any 
school wifi, gonna re image it

Maria has a MAC WOU# 20160246[Edit Inv]. She is only able 
to connect to the internet through hardwired 
and not WiFI. She would like to be able to 
connect to the WiFi so that she can use her 
laptop in meetings as well. A tech has been 
down there twice now and she is still unable to 
connect to the WiFi. She is available tomorrow 
at 9:30.
