yeah he says accepted Adobe invite! He should be
able to log into the Adobe CC desktop and download
applications

FYI as of 2-15-2017 he had not accepted the Adobe
invites emailed 0n 1-18-17, this must happen for
them to successfully download applications and do
updates on an ongoing basis on Adobe CC  desktop.

to schedule a time to come to WOU to pick it up. 
I believe that Amber Ryerson wanted to inventory
it at TRI but I am going to leave that up to her

I created a Named user on 1-18-2017 for Rich and
emails were sent out explaining process of
accepting invite.  You may need to check with them
on delivery to make sure they know how to sign in
to Adobe CC desktop and download the apps they need
