showed them how to add the printer.

Hi Sharon,

I received a service request about printing issues
in MNB 110 on the Instructors station. Just to
clarify, you want to be able to print from MNB 110
to MNB 110, 116, 118, 112?


Also, about your I drive issue. On your work
station can you see your I Drive?

Good Morning UCS,

There are the printers I am unable to access from the instructor station in MNB 110, the 
computer lab.   I give all my group skills tests in there and use the computer.

The printer in MNB 110 is: WOU # 2013 0054  (Lab-MNB 110color on hood)

The printer in MNB 116 is: WOU # 2008 0171  (MT-Geometry on krusty)

The printer in MNB 127 is:  WOU # 2007 0277  (MT-Algebra on krusty)

The copier in MNB 118 does not have a WOU #.  It is MT-Copier on krusty
 

I also don't have access to my Math (I) drive when I log into the computer in MNB 110.    
Is there a way to add that when I log in there as well?  I do have my personal drive and 
some other drives.

Hello UCS,

I am down in the computer lab - MNB 110 & 
trying to connect to one of our printers here 
in the building.   It will not allow me to 
saying "port unknown" every time I try one.
