The printers default settings was to large
capacity tray which feeds through another output
that does not have staples. I changed her default
to Auto Tray and it started feeding to the right
area and was stapling.

Unable to print documents with staples to printer HU-copier 
off of computer WOU# 20110887[Edit Inv].

 Karen called and said the Marjory is the only one in their 
department that is unable to print her documents with staples 
when she prints to their RICO copier. Marjory will be able at 
2 today.
