firefox was blocking pop-ups so i disabled it for 
gmail, she should be all good

Tracy is trying to add an attachment to her 
email but every time she tries to add an 
attachment her cursor gets moved to the body of 
the message and doesn't let her attach 
anything. She has tried with safari and chrome.
