The computer and the scanner were not
communicating with each other.
Unplugged the USB connection and restarted the
Scanner. Then connected it to the computer.

Diane computer WOU# 20140297[Edit Inv] is not talking to her 
scanner WOU# 20150197[Edit Inv]. She has tried restarting 
her computer and it dd not fix the problem. She is 
at the front desk of the SHC.
