I hooked the keyboard and mouse directly to the
cpu, logged into windows, then hooked the keyboard
and mouse back up to the monitor and it works.

Keyboard and mouse have stopped responding. She 
has already checked all of the cables. 

She is available all day expect from 1-2pm
