Hi Kimberly,

I came down around 12:30 but must have just missed
you. I need a bit more detail about the printer
you are trying to print to.

Could you send me the WOU number off of the
printer so I can get the details of the machine.

Also, is there another time I can come down to
help with this issue.

printing to what? if is the copier, she they will
need to add the copier code into the driver

When sending document to printer it says that it 
sent but nothing prints.
