Shandelle,

I have been using my old action tec mouse and now
realize you may have provided an apple one when I
got my last mac. My office had to be repaired last
year because of a water leak so I will look for
the apple mouse!

Hi Tamina,

You recieved an email from our front desk about
your department having to order you a new wireless
mouse if yours broke.

I apologize for the wrong information that was
sent. After looking more into your machine we
found that its still under warranty so I should be
able to get it replaced by apple for you.

Before we go through the replacement process can
you explain to me what is wrong with the mouse.
