I went down there yesterday to test print. The
printers are printing fine. One printer is a
faculty printer which is not on VDI. Student
probably was trying to print to wrong printer or
didn't have print credits.

Hi~ could someone please come take a look at these
printers?  Neither one is printing.  They appear
to be "ready to print", but its not working.
