I went into the preferences for the printer Buzz 
and the paper was being auto adjusted from 
tabloid to 8.5 x 11. I set this to use 8.5 x 11 
rather than converting it down and then changed 
the number of copies from 3 to 1.

Whenever Sandra does the print screen option, she is being forced 
to print the document on a big piece of paper. She is wanting help 
so she can print the document on a normal size piece of printer 
paper. WOU# on computer 20141021[Edit Inv] and the printer she is trying to 
print to is bo-buz in krusty.
