Perfect! Well I am still more then welcome to come
down at anytime and swap the trays to see if the
issue stops. If so you guys have the option to
purchase a new tray to stop the problem.

I am going to close the Service Request. Please
let us know if you need anything else.

Shandelle,
One of the workers from your office came over on
Monday and worked on it and so far it is working
OK as I have used it every day this week. He
mentioned the tray seems to be finicky with how
the paper is positioned and whether or not it will
feed. Right now I am fine with it but I am a bit
leery of it consistently working.

Hi Tom,

I left you a voicemail a few days ago not sure if
your heard it or not. The issue with the Dell
printer could most likely be either one of two
issues. One is the tray may have issues and need
to be replaced or a sensor with in the printer is
having issue.

Since you have two Dell printers in this room I
want to swap the trays and see if the issue
persists in the one having issue and see if the
one not having issues starts to with the tray.

Would you like to be there for this? We can do
this tomorrow since the room is available all day.

If not I can email you what I find.

Tom called today saying that the issue is still 
present.  The printer reports its the wrong 
paper.  Tom would like to be there and asked if 
we would call his cell (503) 508-0578 before 
heading there.

Went down there. Printer was saying load with
letter plain paper. I opened the paper tray which
was full of paper but they had the tray set to
large paper. I made it to regular and it printed fine.

Bradley went down and tested this for me. He could
not get a low paper error. I have emailed Tom to
let me know if the issue persists.
