Received new charger and sent the broken one back
to Apple. Delivered new charger. Brought back
loaner charger.

Hello Shandelle,

My Mac uses what I believe is the older charger
(as my personal MacBook Air has a different
charger).  I am attaching a picture of the type of
charger.  

I am in a meeting now and I teach two three hour
classes today.  Is there anyway that you can bring
the charger over to RWEC?

Hi Maria,

I received a service request about you Mac charger
issue. The Mac is still under warranty so I am
pretty sure that the charger is as well. I can
call this in and get you a brand new charger.

I have extra chargers for you to use for know as
long as the Mac does not have the new charger they
are now coming out with. The chargers are so knew
that we do not have any extras.

Could you bring the charger and laptop over to ITC
009. Ask for me and I will come over and get this
going for you.

Good morning,

I am in need of help with my laptop computer cord.
 My laptop number is 20150412[Edit Inv].

My cord became tangled in my office chair wheel
and when I got it out there was a cut in the cord.
 It sparks sometimes, do you have another cord?
