New printer is all setup and loaner has been
brought back. Megan sent back old machine that was
replaced.

Marilyn,

The printer is already having issues after having
the tech come out yesterday. Attached are two
examples of the issues we are seeing. Yellow ink
has an issue, I have done all the necessary
troubleshooting, still having issues. Also, oil is
still coming out on pages. Please advise.
