Hi there - you guys recently replaced the hard 
drive in my computer, and I know I've bugged 
you a lot (sorry!), but I just realized that I 
had a couple software programs on my old hard 
drive that you purchased for the library 
faculty specifically and do not come 
"standard," so they're not on the computer you 
gave me back. 

They programs are Camtasia and SnagIt. They 
were purchased 3 or 4 years ago for us and were 
installed on my computer at that time by 
someone in UCS. Is someone able to come install 
them on my "new" computer?
