Their ethernet cord was trash so I brought a new 
one and that seems to have resolved the issue

drivers sound messed up or make sure they are
downloading pdf's before printing

In the veterans center in the WUC the printer
keeps printing configuration scripts, they shut
down the printer so it would stop printing the
scripts.
