Hi Stacy,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#62693)

Description: **2/17 Available all day** Computer 
will not connect to printer in room

I went and logged into Computer 11 and it is 
printing fine. It may be a profile issue if the 
problem continues please give us a call while it 
is happening and we will send someone down while 
it is happening.

Computer will not connect to the printer in the
room. It is computer 11. Multiple attempts have
been made such as restarting the computer.
