John Rushing	May 23, 2017 10:37 AM	I copied contents of her external to a temp location and then formatted drive extFat. Copied the files back on and she can not read and write to the drive.	Add Attachment
John Rushing	May 15, 2017 02:18 PM	I showed her how to tell ScreenFlow to record the camera and microphone rather than the screen and build-in sound. The hard drive is formatted NTFS and needs changed in order for it to work with the newer iOS operating system. I am working with her on getting her files transferred and the drive formatted.
