Took the laptop back to Glen. He logged in and
said it looks much better and was working great.
We didn't see anything wrong with it but maybe the
updates helped the issue. Told him to call back if
it happens again.

Hi Glen,

We did a bunch of testing on the Mac laptop you
called in. We have not run into any issue and were
able to log in.

Is this your machine or did you call it in for
someone. I want to meet with who ever uses this
device and see if its an issue with their profile.

screen issues, will not let user log in, will not
let user use vindeanie, wanted user to sign into
program updates and computer would not function.
Would put e?e? type text on computer. This just
happened last night. Have tried restarting it two
times.
