Hello,

I am requesting computer services on behalf of 
the Student Activities Board as their staff 
advisor. 

I was told that last year, SAB requested that 
the two auxiliary computers in their office 
either be repaired, updated, or replaced as 
they were not working efficiently. However, it 
seems that when USC technicians came to work on 
the computers, they only took the computer's 
mice and possibly one of the towers. This has 
rendered the two computers unusable this 
academic year. 

Would it be possible to have USC come back out 
to the SAB office, return/replace the mice, and 
take a look the computers to see what updating 
needs to be done? I would like to be present 
for this inspection so please respond back with 
possible times technicians can come by so I can 
make sure I am available.

The SAB office is room 110 on the first floor 
of the WUC. The WOU number for the remaining 
tower is 20101040 and the WOU numbers for the 
two monitors are 20101044 and 20101045.
