Put in a new gear. Works great know.

Each time it tried to print it jams in door A and
for a second right as it prints you can hear the
gear grinding. I called Xerox to have it fixed.

Printer says it was jammed, staff cleared it,
turned it off then reset it and it keeps saying it
is jammed and are not sure of what to do next.
Printer is located behind the information desk
