I went down right away when this happened. In the
server was an error from one of the prints which
was coming from WolfWeb. Also the tray was set to
ByPass which is only for envelops. Once the print
error was canceled in the server and I changed the
tray it worked fine.

Printer is printing configuration reports 
continuously. 
There is also an error on their computer 
"determining printer status; unable to 
communicate with printer" 
Printer name is Mozart
