Printer had a jam below the drum cartridge. I
pulled it out and saw that tray 3 was set to A4
paper size which can cause jamming. Changed it to
Letter and everything is working great.

Good Afternoon~

The printer in RWEC #220, UCS #20160185[Edit Inv] is not
printing.  We have tried restarting, pulling out
drawers etc. but to no avail.  It is saying
registration jam.

If you could send somebody over to take a look, it
would be much appreciated.
