This was around the time I restarted Hood last
night. I had them turn on the machine and it was
printing fine.

Darien from the library info desk called saying that the 
printer HL Ref 2 crashed last night. He does not know what 
happened but the printer is off and has an out of service 
note on it. WOU# 20130045[Edit Inv]
