Issue with Banner

Removed the old firefox
Installed Firefox ESR and did flash, java,
shockwave, Silverlight test
Also did Banner test

It's working now

When switching between tabs the page will go 
blank and nothing will be on it and is unable 
to reload page.  

Also when they print they get an error message 
saying "not regonzing computer" and a green 
loading bar pops up. Everything still prints 
though.

Also is unable to open banner. 

Available until 1pm; and then anytime after 
2:30
